Shipping and Returns

LOCAL PICK UP:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up typically within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready and will advise of pick up location and times.

 

IMPORTANT: Orders placed for pick-up will typically not be ready same day. We’re a small business, and our fulfillment team operates on varying schedules.  If your order is urgent, rather than ordering online, please call us at 804.442.1087 to see if the items you need are in-stock and available for immediate pickup. We are unable to accept returned opened tea products, as they are food items and may not be resold. Unopened teas and tea accessories may be returned within 15 days of your purchase for a store credit only.

 

CAN I GET EXPEDITED OR RUSH PROCESSING OR SHIPPING?

Rush orders can be requested, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email contact@savoryblendsteaco.com  if you have an urgent need. Make sure to include "URGENT" in your email subject.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been packed and prepared to ship. If you do not receive an email within two business days, email contact@savoryblendsteaco.com to inquire.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

While we are a small team, we do our best to process and ship every order within 72 hours. We typically ship with UPS or USPS and have seen most packages arrive within three to five days of shipping. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
